Behavior type of questions using STAR model to answer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva (Londres, Angleterre) in Jul 2024
Interview
I applied online and had a screening with someone from HR. I was then meant to have an interview with a panel of three people, however only two showed up. I got the feeling that the position had been filled or that they had already decided who they wanted for the role. The hiring manager was very friendly and put me at ease. There was meant to be two interviews, the first being skilled based interview and a presentation, however my interview turned into a skills based plus competency based and a presentation. There was going to be no second interview. The hiring manager didn't probe me on any of my answers to his questions to delve into my experience and he asked no question off the back of my presentation. Although the interview was enjoyable the lack of engagement from the beginning had me questioning if I had just wasted my time
