A Microsoft teams video interview with 2 senior managers. The first part felt quite chatty and relaxed. But then the second half was a strength based interview and understand now they expect you to interview to the star technique. I didn’t get the job as clearly didn’t do enough of that.

Easy online interview. Bore no relation to the actual job. Told me how wonderful everything was. This wasn't true. Role played mock customer enquiry. Told me inaccurate information about the training and the job.
