The 1st interview was a video call with the hiring manager. The questions were typical and asked about CV, experience, achievements, challenges etc.
I was invited back for a 2nd interview 2 weeks later, this time with the hiring manager and the senior director. These questions were competency based: 'Have you experienced X and how did you overcome it' and the like. I was then given 10-15 minutes to ask my own questions.
I the next day I was made an offer.
