Interview
There was an online application. This included two online assessments; a numerical one and a critical thinking one. Everyone completes this along with a video interview. You had set deadlines to complete the different sections.
It was an extremely smooth Interview process, great managers and very helpful recruitment team. Strength-based Interview that consisted of questions that tested my strengths from my previous experiences and university.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2023
Interview
At first I did a virtual interview without a recruiter, it took about 30 mins and then a few days later, I completed another interview with the hiring manager, which also lasted 30 minutes.
