I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aviva (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had initial call with Team Leader. We spoke about my experience, what I am looking for and how this role might look like and what it involves on daily basis. After it, I received invitation for on site interview. Conversation itself was really nice, but it seems that regarding to Brexit, some arrangements around how Aviva works might happen. Moreover, there is a high chance that IT department might be relocated to another city and additionally they have some staff overseas.
Simple process very informal, 1 round and done. Roughly took between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Option of hybrid work too discussed. Really enjoyed, people were very friendly, helpful. Only complaint was very vague on actual roles
