I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aviva (Norwich, Angleterre) in Feb 2018
Interview
It consists of sitting with a current employee , just understanding what the job role is. This gives you a chance to listen to phone calls and ask questions which I found beneficial. It then moves onto an interview with 2 managers , this was just typical questions in relation to customer service and how you’d fit into the role etc. The whole process lasted around an hour and a half and I received a phone call the next day offering the position.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aviva (Galway)
Interview
My interview was carried out over the phone. It was scheduled for 2pm but didn't receive the call until around 3pm. The interviewer knew she was late and I felt she rushed the questions with me. Typical, textbook interview questions. They want you to use the STAR method when answering.
About a week later I received an email saying I didn't have the experience to match their requirements. Strange considering I've worked as a customer advisor for large companies like Cadbury over the years.
