Avanade Business Analyst - Consultant/Software Engineer interview questions

Did some tests online (numerial, verbal, reasoning), had a phone interview and then went to the Assessment Centre Day, where another final interview took place. All of the interviews were really nice but when they sent me the offer there was a huge mess, what should have taken 2 days took 1 month and at the end they gave me 3 days to take a decision.
