Appeared for a phone screen interview conducted by the representative of a staffing agency. Mostly questions related to educational background, work experience. File forwarded to the hiring manager but received a reject.
First interview with manager
Then, I had 3 panel interviews
For each panel i had full 30min interview
Interviewees were professional and friendly
It was intense but i enjoyed the conversation
First a Hireview, then a real interview. They have a pretty fast pace so all took about 2 weeks. They are very clear about the timing of the intern and the salary you will get.
I would like to share my positive feedback regarding the HireVue interview process. The setup was highly professional and well-organized. The inclusion of practice attempts was particularly helpful, ensuring a seamless experience. Overall, I am very pleased with the process.
