It is a typical process: you find the job, and submitted resume online as requested. HR folks will call you and ask a bunch of questions, and they took note of EVERYTHING you said to them and put it in your application profile. Then the hiring manager will call you and talk with you for 30-45 minutes.

Tell me about what do you do besides your job responsibilities. I certainly heard this before, but as a mid-career professional, I am not sure about what they are asking. It is understandable for a new grad, though.
