First round of interview via phone chat, question on relevant work experience, asked about comfort with work under tight deadlines, editing, journalism experience, very easy chat with head of video production

I was interviewed by photo director who was very strange, neurotic and sarcastic. She interviewed me with a blanket around her and seemed to be sweating profusely. Maybe she was sick. I extended my hand to shake her hand when we met and she just laughed at me like I was trying to trick her (!). I got the job but I had to pretend to flirt with her. Not my proudest moment,
