      I interviewed at Associated Press

      Interview

I was hired to work in a small AP office in 1974 and took early retirement in the first decace of this century. I was interviewed by my soon to be immediate supervisor, then by the bureau chief. I and all prospective new hires back then had to take news writing, spelling and a psychological test.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I found none of the questions, other than the entire spelling test, difficult or unexpected.l
