I have interviewed with this company more than once. After they start looking through resumes, each time they were timely and courteous in their communications and most of all, respectful of a busy candidate's schedule. They did not string me along or leave me waiting too long for feedback. In the last round I was not selected but the way I was treated left a good impression. When most other companies ghost candidates and treat people like junk mail, this is a breath of fresh air.
Sitting in on surgery and meeting local owner. This was a multi-day interview. Overall wasn’t hard. I would recommend applying if you’re eligible for the role. The pay scale was a little weird from other industries I’ve been apart of but it might just be that’s how the medical industry runs things.
I applied online. I interviewed at Arthrex (München, Bavaria) in Dec 2025
Interview
It was well organized and smooth, but I think there was a mistake because the difficulty level of the interview was a little bit much for a junior position. Later also I received the rejection e-mail for a specialist level of this position. Even though I applied for the Junior Business Solution Analyst HR position.
