Arm UX Designer interview questions

30 minutes of zoom interview. The interviewer wanted to know about my past experience and how I was gonna be a good fit for the company. Shared screen and showed her one of my project.

The first step was a 30 min video call with the Director of Product. I passed and was able to come on-site. The on-site interview consisted of 2 parts with lunch in between. This was probably the best interview process I've been through. Each part was a conversation that asked me to reflect on myself as a designer, my personal goals, and how I can succeed in the future. I was provided with insightful feedback after each step and was left feeling inspired and motivated. It was apparent from the start that each member of the design team cared about my personal and professional development.
