I applied online. I interviewed at Arm (Bengaluru) in Aug 2017
Interview
I had applied online for this role in July. I heard back from the HR within a week and he arranged for a phone interview. The interviewer was almost 30 minutes late which was clearly a lack of professionalism. I had to call the HR and check with him if the interview had been rescheduled but he had no idea and asked me to wait. The interview process itself was very unstructured and asked questions about my previous experience and tried to validate the same. Further questions were based on PM methodology and concepts. Havent heard back from the recruiter since a month after the interview inspite of repeated attempts to call him. It is a serious disrespect to the candidates as I have waited for this long without even an acknowledgement. A formal No would have been much better. I had high regards for ARM as a company but not after this.

Thank you for your interest in Arm and for leaving a review. I am sorry to hear you had a less than positive candidate experience. Arm strives to have continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, so it is unfortunate that we fell short in this instance. We are always trying to improve our hiring processes, and so will take your feedback seriously when implementing changes in the future. - Yvette S.
I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England)
Interview
After an initial screening call, the first interview was fairly standard. Not too hard, not too easy. The interviewer was difficult to read and I was unsure how long the interview would take, so wasn't sure how much detail to go into on questions.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. As a matter of policy, we do not respond publicly to interview reviews in order to protect the confidentiality of both candidates and interviewers. However, we take all feedback seriously and use it to refine our recruitment processes. If you believe you were treated unfairly or did not have the opportunity to share your perspective, we encourage you to contact us directly at globalrecruitmentenquiries@arm.com so we can look into the matter further.
Was until case study round only. First one was with the recruiter who asked basic questions. Their business model is quite unique and product is niche so was interesting. But I never heard back after I submitted the case study.
