Interview
First I had a 30 minute phone interview and then a two hour in person interview at my current office. There were four senior engineers who interviewed me and asked me a variety of questions.

Question 1
They asked me questions about my internship experience and what I had learned from it. They also asked about my capstone project in senior year of college. From my experience, they were mostly checking how well I could hold a conversation and talk informatively about each of my experiences.
Very friendly and easy going process. There were multiple rounds of interviews, one with a recruiter and one with the team I interviewed with. The one with a recruiter was more along the lines of my interest in my career and with Arcadis while the one with the water team was more personal and specific to my experience.
