I applied online. I interviewed at Apple (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was structured and professional. It started with a brief phone screening where basic questions about experience and leadership style were discussed. After that, I had an in-person interview with a senior manager focused on customer service approach, team management skills, and problem-solving in stressful situations. The atmosphere was calm but slightly formal, and the interviewer paid close attention to real-life examples.

Question 1
The main question was: “How would you handle a situation where a team member consistently underperforms despite coaching and feedback?”
