Quite difficult. After the initial phone screening, the process involved three different interviews, each in a group setting. There were no individual opportunities for interview settings, which meant you needed to involve yourself as much as possible

Typical behavioural questions, ‘how would you deal with a difficult customer’, etc.
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.
