Interview
Apple is a large company with multiple technical teams that have their own interview process. Generally 3 rounds with phone screen, basic technical/behavioral then a panel interview. Recruiters for different teams don't talk to each other or help you find better fitting roles, and that's a red flag indicating how siloed, secretive and noncommunicative the teams are within Apple. Never heard from anyone after submitting resume for other roles after one interview didn't work out mutually.
It began with a technical assessment, followed by in-depth technical interviews and a behavioral interview. While challenging, it provided a comprehensive evaluation of my skills and fit for the role.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Apple (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2021
