      Account Specialist Interview

      Apr 22, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016

      Interview

The interview process was very professional. The first interview was a phone screen just explaining the position and getting to know me. The second and final interview was a series of five 1 on 1 interviews with senior executives at Aon, (each lasting around 30 minutes). After this part of the interview, I attended lunch with two employees that were much closer in age and seniority to myself. Even though I did not get an offer after the final interview, it was overall a very pleasant experience with friendly and open employees. PS - Use the STAR method when responding to questions from employers. (If you don't know what the STAR method is, there are great descriptions online).
