Interview
The first part of the interview process is done through an app called HireVue. It is a digital interview that you complete in 48 hours. It consists of multiple choice and short answer questions, as well as video recorded answers. You can only answer the questions once, with the exception of the video segment. This part allows you one retry per question.

Video and face to face. Be ready to answer behavior question and if Spanish speaking to take a test to test your skills. They will make a mass hiring so its a revolving door for interviews so you have to stand out!

Interview
They perform a behavior interview, so be prepared. You'll need about five examples and you'll need to be able to articulate the situation, what actions you took and the results for example. One person will write the answers and you should look the other person in the eyes. If you need a water before, don't hesitate to ask. You'll do a lot of talking.
