Primarily Behavioral Questions, 5 interviews of about 30 minutes a piece. They mixed it up with people who were Analysts and Brokers so you could get both of their perspectives.

Submitted my resume through indeed and they followed up with a video interview. Super day with numerous interviews with managers was the next round. The interviews with the hiring managers were very in depth and covered my background extensively and had a case study portion. Succeeding in the interview required preparing and knowing a good amount about the reinsurance business.
