There were 3 rounds. First was a typical get-to-know-you chat, followed by a case-study interview. Finally another round with the directors. The first and last interview felt like a nice, casual chat and I was able to share my expectations of the job and hear their feedback directly. Case study was a little bit nerve wrecking, but not super complicated.

Question 1
What are you looking forward to if you have this role?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2018
Interview
First interview has been phone interview.
Second interview has been office interview
Overall, the process has taken 3 weeks. Nothing special, but many technical questions with detailed clarification. Overall experience is positive.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Aon in Jan 2014
Interview
There were total three interviews which were 1st: Manager Level interviewer (2 interviewers), 2nd: Director Level, and 3rd/Final: President (country manager). I felt 2nd and 3rd one were just for a kind of "chemistry check", and the most essential part of selection might be conducted during the 1st interview.
