I was contacted by a recruiter about a position at AMEX. I was asked to complete a questionnaire based on my previous product management experience. The hiring manager followed up to let me know they wanted to set up a phone interview. The interviewer was very nice and the conversation went well.

What is your experience working with agile methodologies or something similar?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY)
Interview
Interviewed for product roles at AMEX, it consisted of a phone screen and call with a hiring manager. First role ended up being filled while I was in the funnel but was referred me to another open role. I went thru a call w/that hiring manager and interviewed in person with multiple team members. Extremely disappointed with recruiters after this point as AMEX basically ghosted me, and I never received a response closing the loop. Unprofessional and disappointing after spending more than a month in the funnel.
Originally did a screening with HR recruiter. My resume was forwarded to hiring manager. Had a 30 minute Webex video interview with Hiring manager and their counterpart. Was explained there were a lot off applicants and they were trying to complete the interviews within the next week. HR contacted me for an offer two weeks after my interview.
