Process was a ox bag. Took awhile to receive interview confirmation. Phone screen was basic skills screening. 2nd interview more of a mix bag of technical skills and behavioral questions.

Interview
Applied. Received an email for a call with a recruiter 4 weeks later. I spoke to the recruiter about the role, but the recruiter was new and couldn't answer any questions, so it wasn't hard but wasn't useful to either of us. They said they'd get answers to some of my questions from the HM, but that never happened. My application status changed 10 weeks later. I did not receive an email about it changing. Questions were mostly logistic (i.e. what is your notice period?).
I was mostly disappointed because Amex is big on employee ("colleague") experience, but their candidate experience and pipeline leave much to be desired.
