I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Express (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
My profile was shortlisted by AMEX internal Talent acquisition team itself. I was called for the interview on 17th February 2017 at AMEX Gurgaon office. After about half an hour of wait, the concerned HR came and took my resume to share with interviewers. I had to wait for another 1 hour for the interviewers, and as soon as they arrive one of them said that they have already interviewed me in past. Then they immediately went away without explaining a thing to me.
After 15 minutes the HR came to quiz me about the past interviews I had taken at AMEX. Fortunately, I had the copy of JD from the earlier interview, that I had given about 2 months ago. We compared and found that both of the JDs were totally different!
Afterward, she explained that AMEX has this policy of freezing a candidate profile for 6 months for interviews within the same team.
I had come to attend the interview from Noida, and have missed the final round of interview, on the same day, with PWC just to treated like this here!
