Initial application process has a simulation where you record your responses (audio only). Then there is a phone screening + 2 interviews with people in the sales organization. They can be from different offices

Question 1
Mainly behavioral questions, but was also asked “explain cloud computing to me like I am 5 years old”
Prepare at least 16 classic behavioural and motivational questions, each tied to one of the 16 values, for a two-interviewer loop interview featuring both a manager and a senior employee.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Séoul) in May 2025
