Long process to get a response from the team, but good software for assessment used.
Not much feedback on the assessments so would like some feedback on why I wasn’t put forward.
efficient with the whole process completed within weeks. 2 rounds of phone screen and a panel of 5. The questions are generally different for each round. Be prepared to hear lots of the reasons behind your thought process and be challenged ( in a devil's advocate way :) ) on the delivery of approach.

Very long. 2 months from beginning to end. 2 x phone interviews and then a 5 hour long interview on leadership principles (5x 1:1 interviews). The gaps between each of their stages was painful
