Very predictable. A group interview was first. Then we completed a skills and English test online which took about five minutes. Asked about how long I was at my last 2 jobs. Seems they don't like turnover.

None there is no interview for a tier 1 position processes if you need to have two forms of ID like a birth certificate passport and California ID you do not bring your social security card after that you just need to come in and do a drug test and a background check after that's all clear you come back in and take a picture for your badge and you're in.
