I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview experience was very professional and well-organized from start to finish. The recruiter was exceptionally responsive and clear about each stage, which made the process smooth and transparent.
I went through a total of five one-on-one interviews, each focusing on different aspects of design and collaboration. The sessions covered topics such as user-centered design thinking, problem-solving, visual craft, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership principles. Every interviewer was highly engaged and respectful, creating an environment that felt more like a thoughtful design discussion than a formal assessment.
Overall, it was one of the most professional and positive interview processes I’ve experienced—structured, fair, and insightful.
