Amazon Quality Assurance Engineer interview questions

This was a day-long interview;m 9:00am-5:00PM. It includes 5 separate sessions with 1-2 different interviewers each time.The interviewers are a mix of management, HR, and other's working at your level in similar roles. Each session includes 1-2 programming questions on a whiteboard, with a focus on explanation and solutions, rather than perfect coding. And 1-2 personality and workspace questions. For these personality questions, you are expected to understand a set of customer service principles and use them in your answers.
