Interview
This was a day-long interview;m 9:00am-5:00PM.
It includes 5 separate sessions with 1-2 different interviewers each time.The interviewers are a mix of management, HR, and other's working at your level in similar roles.
Each session includes 1-2 programming questions on a whiteboard, with a focus on explanation and solutions, rather than perfect coding. And 1-2 personality and workspace questions. For these personality questions, you are expected to understand a set of customer service principles and use them in your answers.

Phone interview -> Onsite interview. The process was fast and smooth. 1st went through their screening process. and then an engineer from teh team called for phone interview. After the phonce interview, received the onsite invite.
