Interview
After submitting my online application, I received an email inviting me to complete an online assessment. Upon passing the assessment, I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening, followed by a call with HR to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, there was a writing assessment and a five-round virtual onsite interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
I had a great interview process, even though I was not selected or hired. The recruiting staff was kind, friendly, and went the extra mile to help me prepare for my interview. Hopefully I can interview again soon for another possition!
Long. Started with screening call, then recruiter, then candid chat on Amazon culture, then loop of 5 people all day virtual interview. I was told I should hear back by weeks end, or early next week. The bar raiser was my most successful of the interviews.
