it was a very short interview consisting of two people and two one hour sessions in total it was entirely based on behavioral questions and going deep into my stories. it was a bad place to work and you could sense there. was a negative culture which you read about all the time

Mi proceso se dividió en 4 etapas:
1. Llamada con recursos humanos para validar experiencia, nivel de inglés y expectativas.
2. Entrevista remota con una cabeza de departamento, principalmente preguntas de comportamiento.
3. Entrevista remota con cabeza de departamento, preguntas de comportamiento y preguntas de caso.
4. Panel final consistente en 5 entrevistas con diferentes personas el mismo día.
The process is very usual and ai supported, transparent and the role is clearly articulated. Roles and locations are transferable. If I come up with more , I will let you know.
