Interview
Had initial interviews with Recruiting. Then had an interview with the manager for the area. Then had 3 video interviews on the same day, with people from different areas. Some seemed busy and/or not focused. Later on, was told I was not selected and per their policy, no feedback was provided. Frustrating.

Used Behavioral Interview (asking for specific situations I experienced in the past).

Interview
I received an email after applying asking for my availability. The email pretty much asked for my availability but was quite impersonal. Had you not looked closely, you’d mistake it for spam. I provided availability and had an hour phone screen with another technical program manager. It was the most awkward interview I’ve had. It was incredibly tactical and mechanical in nature - think being interviewed by software engineers, not leadership. Overall a poor experience and not a good use of time.

Excellent interview process, well structured, seven rounds of interview, system design questions, behavioral questions and amazon principles, rejected in last round which is bar raiser round, overall a positive experience
