Just one word- brilliant. The most comprehensive interview that you would ever get to face. In fact, the interview process will be sort of self-discovery for you. One of the few companies, wherein interview process is not subjective. Every single aspect of your personality will be tested using the 14 principles of Amazon. Oh, and the best part- you academic credentials are the last thing they will look at.

Biggest achievement till date, example of your leadership, most challenging situation you faced.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
