Very systemized process but pretty straightforward. I started with an online application, took a skills assessment, and then had a couple of virtual interviews. They asked a lot of “what would you do” questions about handling tough customer situations. Overall, it felt organized and fair.

What would you do if dealing with an angry customer?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
