One by one interview with Line Manager based on the simulation of real cases of costumer assistance, previous background questions, team play.

2. Prepare the answer for a generic email from a costumer (and search information on the web site)

Questions about Operative systems both mobile and pc based, security and software

Write a short text about your expectation in working with amazon
