I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (New Brunswick, NJ) in Apr 2015
Interview
This took place at the university career center. First they you a math equation at first but that was easy. They give you a bunch of situational questions about how to handle conflicts and what's the largest obstacle you encountered. Questions were a bit vague at first so be prepared
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You have an ice cream company and one of your employees cleans the machine different from the standard way, what do you do?
What's the most challenging obstacle you encountered and how did you overcome it?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
