Very clear structure, you will receive an email before the interview specifying all required competences and what to expect (e.g Excel case study). The interview will be based on behavioural questions and role related ones. They will assess your fit with amazon culture and values.

Tell me a time in which you were late for the delivery of a project.
They asked me behavioural questions. I had two interview back to back, the first interviewer was nice, the second one more challanging. They never responded my emails after the interview and did not give feedbacks
First call was a recruiter screening then the interview was a super day of 2 back to back 1 hr interview calls. What’s nice is that they prep you before your interview with what to expect on a webinar style call. All questions were behavioral.
