Foram duas entrevistas por telefone e um circuito de 5 entrevistas presenciais, todas baseadas nos princípios de liderança da Amazon onde precisei expor exemplos da minha carreira para ilustrar as respotas. Após a oferta foi realizado um background check.

Descreva uma situação em que você recebeu um feedback difícil. O que você fez com essa informação?
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
