I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Washington, DC) in Dec 2020
Interview
Series of five interviews with different team members, each team member asking scripted questions based on the Amazon 14 leadership principles. More like an interrogation than an interactive, two-way conversation, where the candidate is expected to provide all the information but interviewers hold back from answering questions or provide only vague information at best.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you exceeded customer expectations
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
