I first Applied online, finished a coding challenge with coding, personality and IQ portions, phone interview, followed up by offer after very long wait which was about 2 months. Phone interviewer was good, but the online test contains arbitrary IQ questions that were not at all related to the job.
It started with an OA, and then after a few weeks, I got invited to four rounds of interviews: technical and behavioral at 3 of the 4, and behavioral only at one.
