Interview
You apply online, then you get an invitation to a digital interview, which consists of a few questions. You record yourself answering these questions within the allotted time. Then you get invited to a panel interview, with two managers and a recruiter/HR. Each interviewer asks you questions to see if you display the qualities of an Amazon leader, as they call it, with a great emphasis on Amazon leadership principles.

Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
