Interview
Mostly behavioral interview question, asked about academic backgrounds and why I wanted to work at Amazon, and in ways I can apply my experiences in this role. Had two people interview and type as I spoke. They paid for your travel expenses and the hotel accomodation was very nice.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
