I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Oct 2016
Interview
First, candidates are brought into a room to awkwardly await the interview process. Casual interview attire was strongly suggested, which made perfect sense upon arrival. After a "pep-talk" from our groups recruiter, the two-part interview process began. I found the environment to be welcoming and far from stressful. This confidence could have also spawned from the make-up of the candidate pool, which was filled with upcoming or recent college graduates. Regardless, the two part interview consisted of two 45 minute interviews, one consisting of behavior-based questions, and the other situational based.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to resolve a conflict amongst employees.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
