Recruitment process took about 8 weeks. If you get selected you will have to do an online test. First interview is with a HR representative and mostly about the leadership principles. Second and final round is the assessment center at the company's head office. The AC includes group task, presentation, case, and individual interviews. They contacted me one week later with the result. Overall, the interviews were quite difficult, but all around the leadership principles. The case was okay, not too hard.
