I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process took roughly 2 months starting from the initial contact by an amazon HR coordinator to the interview process.
The interview process consists of 4 interviews of 30 mins each, rotating from office to office. It was a relaxed environment.
It was the same questions just reworded in each room. There is also a math problem that is tricky. They reword the math questions and make it harder.
Overall, it was a difficult interview process. Be perpared to be hammered by the interviewers.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
