I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2015
Interview
5 rounds back to back, not to stressful. Interviewers wanted to learn about you as a person. There was one interview that focused on your math abilities. It was a situational question that each area manager would use on a daily basis. Interviewed with twelve other workers. lots of talented people interviewed I was a business major but there were other with Masters degrees or were engineers.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
