I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2025
Interview
Applied online near the end of October and got the OA immediately. The OA programming questions were quite difficult (at least to pass all test cases). At the start of December the recruiter reached out to schedule two interviews.
The first was 30 minutes of behavioural and then 30 minutes of LLD.
The second was 30 minutes of a Leetcode question and then 30 minutes of behavioural questions.
Just want to advise people that they really go deep with the answers you give to the behavioural questions. They'll ask for very nitty gritty details and lots of follow ups.

The Quick DSA Check: A 20-minute easy question usually means the company treats coding as a baseline filter rather than a tool to stump you. They want to see clean code, good communication, and proper edge-case handling without the stress of a complex puzzle.
The Deep Dive: Spending time on your projects and tech stack allows you to show ownership. Interviewers love to see why you chose a specific technology and how you handle technical trade-offs.
The Behavioral Weight: A full 30 minutes dedicated to behavioral questions means this team deeply cares about culture fit, communication, and how you collaborate under pressure.
