Usual process as explained here. First round of phone interview with a recruiter with basic STAR based questions. One math question as well. Then i was asked to wait for a couple of months before they set up a face to face interview at Vancouver for a different position than what i had applied for! Didn't get an offer after going through 4 different interviewers.

How do you motivate someone who is resistant to change?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
