Interview
One online assessment with a medium question and a leetcode style video interview. Online assessment was two mediums and leetcode interview was a hard. The video interview had a behavioral aspect for the first 15 mins or so and the rest of the time was spent on leetcode
HR interview, then I had 1 45 minute coding round with 10 minutes behavioral and 35 minutes coding. Behavioral round was typical star format questions probing at leadership principles. Ex. Tell me about a time you took initiative and it didn’t work out.
